The Company’s share registry services are currently provided by BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros S.A. DTVM, which is responsible for issuing the Earnings Statement (Informe de Rendimentos) to shareholders for Income Tax filing purposes, already available on the registrar’s platform, referring to the 2025 tax year.

Below are further guidelines and important information on how to access the Earnings Statements:

1. BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros S.A. DTVM: The Earnings Statements will be made available exclusively in digital format through the Investor Portal. Investors who do not yet have access to the platform¹ may request it through the “First access?” option available on the Portal’s home screen, by following the step-by-step instructions described in the manual.
