1. At the Address https://correspondenciasdigitais.itau.com.br/login click First Access;
2. Enter your CPF number and date of birth (Individual) or CNPJ and date of foundation (Legal Entity);
3. Choose the option to verify your identity (phone number or email). If you cannot find your phone number and email, please contact the Investor Service Center at the following phone numbers: 0800.720.5299 (phone for Income Statement inquiries) | 3003.9285 (WhatsApp) | 3003.9285 (Capital and Metropolitan Regions) | 0800.720.9285 (Other Locations), on business days, from 9 am to 6 pm;
4. Enter the code received by email and / or phone and create your personal password;
5. Okay, now you just need to enter your CPF / CNPJ and a new registered password to access your documents.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
6. On the platform, click on “forgot password”;
7. Enter your CPF (Individual) or CNPJ (Corporate) number;
8. Enter the text of the security image and click on “next”;
9. Select the phone number or e-mail address already registered to send the security code (token) and click on “send security code”;
10. Enter the security code (token) you received and click on “next”;
11. Create a password, which must have at least 8 (eight) characters containing numbers and letters, and click on “next”;
12. When you have finished, you will be redirected to the initial access screen. The Income Reports will be available in “my reports” – folder “2024”.
