ASSAÍ INTEGRITY PROGRAM

Our Integrity Program is supervised by senior management and represents the set of measures developed and implemented, which aims to prevent, detect and correct the occurrence of ethical deviations, such as fraud, corruption, conflict of interest, among other situations, by employees, third party or in relationships with public agents. Our Integrity Program is overseen by the Board of Directors, through the Audit Committee, and by the Company’s Executive Management. Its improvement is continuous, with the goal of preventing, detecting, and correcting risks related to Compliance

Our program was developed based on the guidelines of the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU) and is structured around five essential pillars.

Our Integrity Program complies with the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law (Law No. 12,846/2013), the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Decree No. 11,129/22, as well as our Code of Ethics and Conduct and several internal Assaí policies. These policies establish guidelines, responsibilities, and guide the Company’s processes. They are available on the Intranet and may also be disclosed to external audiences.
